No Returns Unless Damaged or Faulty

All products sold on https://muktacn.com/ are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request a refund or replacement:

• A full unboxing video is mandatory

• The video must start before opening the package

• The entire unpacking process must be visible and unedited

❗ Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

Claim Timeline

All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

• Replacement

• Refund (excluding shipping charges)

• Store credit

The final decision rests with the artist Mukta Chowdhury Nandi’s team.

Non-Returnable Artworks & Products

Due to the unique, artistic, and delicate nature of the products sold on https://muktacn.com/, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law:

• Original artworks, handmade items, commissioned pieces, or customized art products created specifically based on customer instructions, preferences, dimensions, colors, or designs.

• Artworks and art products that are inherently fragile or sensitive may be affected by handling, environmental conditions, or time, making them unsuitable for resale.

• Art products that cannot be returned for hygiene, preservation, or protection reasons, once unsealed, handled, used, framed, mounted, or displayed after delivery.

• Artworks or products that have been altered, installed, framed, combined, or permanently attached to other materials after delivery, rendering them inseparable from their original condition.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.

As per our policy, returns or refunds are only considered in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and such claims must be supported by a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.

This policy is in accordance with applicable provisions of Indian consumer protection laws and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
